LouBear ships all orders within 2 working days subject to stock availability. We deliver in South Africa within 2 working days to your closest Post office and internationally within 15 working days by registered airmail as small parcels (max 2 Kg) or insured airmail parcel, if insurance is available.
On special request shipping through EMS (Expedited Mail Service) can be arranged at additional cost.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation including the necessary information.
Customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient: when the shipment reaches your country there is the possibility that it may be subject to import duties and or VAT.
For the duty free importation into the EU we issue a certificate of origin.
